Terms & Conditions
1. Validity. This Certificate is valid for one (1) year to travel from the date of issue.
2. Reservation & Payment deadline. To confirm a reservation, travel dates must be selected, and full payment of the certificates must be completed within 90 days of the date of issuance. Failure to complete payment and secure a reservation within this period will result in an automatic cancelation of the certificate.
3. Advance Reservation Requirement. The reservation must be requested at least three (3) months in advance of the desired travel date. Reservation subject to availability.
4. Blackout Dates. Dates available for travel through the year, excluding high season periods and official holidays including but not limited to: Presidents' Week, Holy Week, Easter, Thanksgiving Week, Christmas and New Year.
5. Additional Nights and Guests. At the time of making the reservation, Holder may request additional nights or additional guests beyond those included in this certificate, up to one (1) additional room. Such additions will be offered at twenty percent (20%) discount on the public rate of Hilton Hotels.
6. Reservation changes. Once the reservation is confirmed, the Holder may request one modification. Any approved change will incur a fee of twenty US dollars (US$20), plus any applicable rate difference. No changes are allowed with 29 days or less of anticipation of the arrival date.
7. Non-cancellable / Nonrefundable. This Certificate is non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
8. Exclusions. This Certificate does not include or cover any other charge or expenses of the Holder, such as airfares, taxes, golf fees, excursions, personal expenses, and/or any other additional expenses.
9. Name & Transferability. The reservation and confirmation must be issued under the name of the Holder that appears on this Certificate. It is not transferable or cumulative with other promotions.
10. Identification requirement. When checking into the reserved Hotel, all guests must show an official ID.
11. Sponsorship. This vacation Certificate is sponsored by PHH Collection Club.
12. Entire agreement. The terms and conditions described here are final and may not be modified, amended or altered under any circumstance, negotiation, or representation of any individual. PHH Collection Club shall not be responsible for any verbal agreements or representation not expressly stated in this Certificate.
13. Limitation of liability. PHH Collection Club accepts no liability for additional expenses arising from accidents, delays, or natural events, or for plane tickets or any other type of transportation or associated expenses provided by third parties.
14. Mandatory Presentation. During the stay booked with this Certificate, the Holder and all confirmed adult guests are required to attend a presentation to the Club Collection benefits Program, which includes breakfast and a tour of the Resorts, with an estimated duration of 90 to 120 minutes depending on your level of interest.
• All guests confirmed in the reservation made with this Certificate must attend the presentation.
• This Certificate is not valid for groups. A group is made up of three or more vacation Certificate users traveling together and/or two or more couples, families or friends traveling during the same vacation period, even when reservations have been made separately.
• If Holder fails to attend the presentation, he agrees to pay the resulting difference between the public rate and the cost paid for this Certificate.
